Sail cargo

IDE MIN
The IDE MIN, a 40-metre schooner built in 1957, was converted in 2022 for the transport of goods as a sailing cargo ship. With a capacity of 60 tonnes in the hold and autonomous handling, it facilitates loading and unloading. Optimised for the transport of pallets, it offers great flexibility. Owned by the Dutch company Kaap Kargo, it reflects their commitment to environmentally friendly maritime freight.

ADVENTURE
The Avontuur, a 43.5-metre schooner built in 1920 in the Netherlands, sailed as a cargo sailing ship until 2005. Integrated into Timbercoast in 2014, she is now the embodiment of sustainable maritime transport. With a capacity of 114 tonnes and autonomous handling, she efficiently transports a variety of goods while optimising space. Timbercoast, her owner, is committed to environmentally friendly transport.
Across the Atlantic
Our sailboats sail between South America, Central America and Europe (Portugal, England, Germany, Netherlands), carrying ethical and sustainable treasures. Each stopover tells a story, each cargo carries values.
