🇨🇴 Origin: Colombia

A high-altitude terroir, committed producers, a journey carried by the wind.

Colombia is one of the emblematic origins of Comptoir d'Éole.

In the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, family producers cultivate coffee, cocoa and panela according to traditional, organic practices deeply rooted in their territory.

We collaborate with committed cooperatives and farms, whose precise work and human vision give life to fine and authentic products.

Seynekun

Seynekun is a peasant organization that brings together several indigenous Arhuaco families, located between 1200 and 1800 meters above sea level. Their agricultural practices are based on agroforestry, respect for the soil, and a spiritual approach to the land.

In this high-altitude terroir, they produce a sweet and floral coffee, an artisanal panela cooked slowly in traditional trapiches and a cocoa of great finesse, fermented and dried on the farm according to mastered methods.

This cocoa, which is floral, chocolatey and slightly spicy, will serve as the base for our future Éole chocolate bars, which will soon be processed in France.
