Profile
Deep amber robe with mahogany highlights. Intense nose of dried figs, roasted hazelnuts, candied orange peel and caramel.
On the palate, a velvety, long texture, with an aromatic complexity that marks a true old Port.
Agreements
Ideal between 16 and 18 °C.
Excellent with blue cheeses (Roquefort, Stilton), dark chocolate desserts, nut tarts and dried fruit.
Origin & Know-how
Made from a blend of noble Douro grape varieties (Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Tinto Cão).
Aged in oak barrels for an average of ten years, according to the centuries-old tradition of the Rozès house.
