A confidential vintage from the Spiritueux des Pionniers collection, from the Foursquare distillery in Barbados.

This 8-year-old single cask, distilled in 2015, underwent a long tropical aging, then an onboard finishing aboard the De Gallant. A journey that gives it an expression of roundness, freshness and depth.

The cargo sailboat has since been lost at sea in 2024. These bottles are among the last it carried.

This bottle belongs to the Spiritueux des Pionniers collection, created in homage to the De Gallant, a cargo sailboat lost at sea in 2024. This vintage underwent on-board aging: the movement of the sailboat and the sea air contributed to a different maturation than aging in a stationary cellar.
