This 70% dark chocolate is made from beans grown in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta by the ASOSEYNEKUN cooperative, from the Arhuaco and Kogi communities.

Transported by sail on board the cargo sailing ship IDE MIN, this cocoa was transformed into a bean to bar chocolate bar by Nicolas & Chocolat.

The cocoa beans were transported by sail from Colombia aboard the cargo sailboat IDE MIN, during the 2025 crossing. This method of transport gives this bar a special dimension: that of a product that connects an origin, a maritime route, and French chocolate-making expertise.

The cocoa comes from the ASOSEYNEKUN cooperative, in Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, the ancestral territory of the Arhuaco and Kogi communities. The beans are hand-harvested, naturally fermented, and sun-dried. In France, Nicolas & Chocolat transforms this cocoa into bean-to-bar chocolate, with a light roast to preserve the aromatic delicacy of its origin.
