The coffee and cocoa come from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia, from producers belonging to the Arhuaco and Kogi communities. The cocoa is processed in France by Nicolas & Chocolat, an artisan chocolatier, using a bean-to-bar approach.
