This 3-year-old Montebello from Guadeloupe completed its on-board aging
aboard the De Gallant, during a transatlantic crossing.
The movement of the sea accompanied its final evolution.

The cargo sailing ship has since been lost at sea in 2024.
These bottles are among the last it carried.
