How does pre-ordering work?

You reserve your products now. They will embark on the next Grain de Sail I crossing and will be shipped to you upon arrival.

When will I be delivered

The sailboat leaves its home port of Saint-Malo on July 25th, loads your products in Porto on July 31st, then sails back to France: estimated unloading in La Rochelle on August 5th, then in Saint-Malo on August 10th. Your orders are then prepared and shipped to you, for an estimated delivery in mid-August.

What if the hold doesn't fill up?

You are delivered no matter what. Either we rebook your order on the next available sailing, or—if you prefer not to wait—we ship it by conventional means. The choice is yours.

When am I charged? Can I cancel?

Full and secure payment upon order. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receipt, under the conditions of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

What are the shipping costs and delivery areas?

Delivery to France and Europe. Free home delivery for purchases over €99.

What if I also order in-stock products?

Your order will be shipped in one go, once the pre-ordered products are available. To receive in-stock products immediately, please place two separate orders.
