The centerpiece of the Spiritueux des Pionniers collection,
selected from Foursquare, one of Barbados's great names.

Distilled in 2010, this 12-year-old single cask underwent a long tropical
maturation, followed by an onboard finish aboard the De Gallant.
The most complex of the three – an elegant and bright expression,
combining citrus freshness, floral delicacy, and depth.

The cargo sailboat was lost at sea in 2024.
These bottles are among the last it carried.

Tasting - Nose of clementine, spring honey, honeysuckle,
and lily of the valley. Palate of macadamia nut, toasted cashew,
bay leaf, and a subtle hint of coconut pulp.
Fresh, refined, and lingering finish.

This bottle is part of the Spiritueux des Pionniers collection, created in homage to the De Gallant, a cargo sailboat lost at sea in 2024. This cuvée underwent an onboard aging process: aboard the ship, the constant motion and sea air prolong the dialogue between the rum and the wood, for a more vibrant and unique expression.
